Today we’re getting back to the diamond grinder. Sort of. We’re making a tool that we’ll need when we get back to the diamond grinder: a single-point broach for CNC shaping the keyway in the hub.
This is the same technique I use to make simple HSS boring bars for the lathe, and it works well.
